Meet Maria

A trilingual mental health counsellor and therapist

Maria is a Level 3 counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association and works with clients of various presentations in a private practice setting. 

She has extensive experience working with ADHD and Autism presentations and she is passionate about helping newly diagnosed or self-identifying clients understand, explore and integrate their neurodivergent identity through an affirming lens.

She also works with athletes of all levels and backgrounds on improving their performance and wellbeing.

Maria was a touring tennis player in her youth, she understands the challenges faced by athletes and is deeply committed to supporting their mental health, recognising its significant impact on both performance and quality of life.

In her spare time, Maria enjoys going to pilates, playing tennis, spending time with her cat ‘Juice’, and is a bona fide true-crime enthusiast.

Meet Maddie

Maddie is a paediatric occupational therapist working with clients up to 18 years of age

Maddie has extensive experience working with children of various presentations in both individual and groups in a private practice setting. 

Passionate about enhancing the lives of children and families, Maddie employs tailored therapeutic interventions to achieve this goal in an inclusive and affirming framework.

She is also incredibly resourceful, always equipped with her clients’ favourite games and characters in her toolbox making her sessions fun and engaging.

Outside of work, Madison enjoys dining out, watching movies, and spending time with friends and family.

The fluffy therapy assistant

Juice is a very friendly and curious Ragdoll kitten that will make an occasional appearance in the therapy sessions. He is often available for an appearance on request and might offer a Dopamine and Oxytocin boost for your session.
